Our Experience
Compliance Pro Consulting offers domestic and international healthcare organizations a unique blend of strategy, lean process design, and regulatory expertise to deliver timely, Client-centered solutions. We consider each Client’s strategic goals and system culture as we partner to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risk. We focus on elevating the performance of governance, risk, and compliance program functions to maximize their effectiveness and value.
Our Managing Principal, Nancy Roht, holds a Masters in Health Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Compliance, and she is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Healthcare Compliance Certification Board. She imparts over 20 years of experience in governance, compliance, ethics, and research to Client engagements. She has served in academic settings, multistate integrated healthcare systems, and non-profit and for-profit environments, having held compliance, privacy, and governance roles both inside organizations and as a consultant.
